Ruban is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of experience across a wide mix of projects, from education and healthcare to residential, infrastructure and commercial developments. He joined Rawlinsons in February 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the team thanks to his practical mindset and steady, solutions-focused approach.
With experience working across Australia, Singapore, Qatar and Sri Lanka, Ruban brings a strong understanding of both pre- and post-contract cost management. He enjoys working closely with project teams to provide clear advice, manage costs effectively and help projects run smoothly from early planning through to completion.
When he’s not at work, Ruban enjoys spending time with his young family and switching off from the day-to-day pace of the industry.
