Appointed Director in 2017, Niall is known for providing Rawlinsons’ clients with exceptional service, integrity, and trusted advice across all aspects of construction cost management. A proud Irishman who now calls Australia home, Niall brings extensive quantity surveying experience across a diverse portfolio of projects, with values ranging from $1 million to $2.5 billion.
In addition to his project work, Niall is the researcher and compiler behind Rawlinsons’ renowned cost data, a widely used construction industry staple, providing accurate and current estimating pricing.
His broad expertise also includes value engineering, where he has led many projects to successfully align costs with budgets while maintaining scope and client objectives.
Outside of work, Niall loves spending time with his young family and is a passionate supporter of the Liverpool Football Club.
