195 PIER STREET BUILD-TO-RENT

Rawlinsons are currently engaged by Development WA to provide full cost management services for the proposed 219 apartment tower at195 Pier Street to be owned and operated by a Community Housing Provider. This project is part of the Governments overall housing commitment and will include social and affordable units including 10 NDIS units. The development spans across 28 floors including car parking and high-quality shared amenity spaces. The objective of the project is to create social and affordable housing to help address the current shortage in the Perth Metro area. The project was procurement with and ECI leading to a D & C contract at 80% design completion.

Rawlinsons are currently proving contract administration services encompassing payment valuations, variation assessment and monthly financial reporting. Marc Freeman is responsible for providing contract administration services on the project with Sotiris Theodosiades as back up. Eight months into the build, Rawlinsons are still fully committed in providing stringent cost management services to ensure a value for money build whilst ensuring Dev. WA’s core ethos are managed and maintained.
