Rawlinsons were engaged by With Architecture on behalf of the Town of Victoria Park to provide an Order of Magnitude Cost Estimate for various masterplan options for the proposed development at MacMillan Precinct.
The general scope of works included the construction of a new multi-use civic centre including library, creche, fitness centre, sports courts, commercial spaces, staff spaces bowls club, car parking and associated external works and services.
