Rawlinsons were engaged by the City of Swan for a community centre constructed in the past year. The project comprised the construction of a community centre, meetings rooms, sports change rooms and sports stores, along with external car parking and landscaping.
Rawlinsons were contracted to produce a fully measured Bill of Quantitiesin accordance with SMM for the contractors to price along with a Pre Tender Estimate.
Although only a small scale project Rawlinsons were delighted to work with the City of Swan to produce a fully measured Bill of Quantities to reflect the documentation provided by the project architect and their consultants. The BOQ was completed within the allocated timeframe and was successfully tendered to the open market. The pre tender estimate provided by Rawlinsons was within 5% of the awarded contract and the City of Swan awarded the contract within their allocated budget.
