Rawlinsons were engaged by Whittens in 2021 to provide Quantity Surveying services for the White Quartz Road Realignment.
Our scope included:
- Measure and/or verify quantities of as constructed works in accordance with the Principal’s head contract bill of quantities and method of measurement. Measurements were specifically related to; concrete, formwork, reinforcing, cast in items and related earthworks
- Measure and produce bills of quantities for the purposes of pricing Variations
