Rawlinsons were engaged by Brown Falconer, on behalf of Perth College Junior School, to provide quantity surveying services for the Forward Works and Main Works.
Rawlinsons produced a Design Development Estimate, Pre Tender Estimate, Schedule of Rates and Tender Analysis report. Subsequently we were requested to provide a Financier’s Report to assist the Client to meet the bank loan condition to acquire funding for the project.
